Alicia’s approach integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic focus on aligning mind, body, and purpose. She focuses on strengthening core areas of wellness, including sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships. Alicia also provides personalized-guidance in improving executive-functioning challenges, like procrastination, forgetfulness, and difficulty with organization and time-management. Drawing on her background in mindfulness, she also supports deeper transformation, helping clients build self-awareness, cultivate self-acceptance, and move toward a life of greater authenticity and alignment.
“I underestimated how hard it would be adjusting to working from home. But with Dr. Yeung’s help, I was finally able to tackle bad-habits, set up a realistic routine, and regain focus.”
