Groups

If you are interested in joining a group, please complete the Group Interest Form.

Once there is sufficient interest for a specific group, Alicia will reach out to you and see if you are still interested and what your availabilities are.

Established Clients

Routine Communication and Refills

Please contact Alicia through the SimplePractice client portal for routine communication and clinical matters (refills, clinical questions, scheduling).

Alicia will prescribe enough medication and refills to last until your next scheduled appointment. However, if you need a refill before your next appointment, submit refill requests at least one week before you run out of medication. Alicia will respond to refill requests in 3 business days.

Time-Sensitive Communication

If you are experiencing a time-sensitive issue (e.g., difficulty accessing your scheduled video session), or concern related to a side-effect, you may call Alicia at (857) 858-5152 and leave a detailed message. Alicia will get back to you as soon as possible, usually by the next business day.

Urgent/Emergencies

If you have a psychiatric emergency or medical emergency, please call 911 or 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
